Poets and writers speak,
either strong or weak.
What we say,
might make or break a day.
Even our own,
could fall clone.
As I write strong,
strength moves to song.
As I write love strength,
hate lessens in length.
My own mind gets affected,
negatives more rejected.
From words a day can start,
or be torn apart.
In the word minefield,
we either ignore or yield.
What flows out,
may boomerang about.
It's best to watch what
we soak in,
to make sure
it doesn't offend.
If I offend,
I do not intend.

(((HUGS))) and much love, your friend in tx., karen lynn. :D
Even if they offend, perhaps the one they do
needs to ask themselves why.
Keep that pen blazing!
