A fictional romantic poem expressing the joy of versing romantically to a beautiful woman. Since most take versing so serious, I have to disconnect myself from this verse wrote in the singular. Hey I'm innocent of all charges my dears and dudes, so dispense with the attitudes.
Since I spend my time
versing throughout the day,
like McDonald's say,
or was it the Burger King
have it your way?
For you I could write romance forever,
and really don't stop never.
For you I'd swim the Atlantic,
fight the biggest sharks frantic,
saying all of that to send kiss,
for you I'd verse romantic like this
it feels my heart with bliss.
Of course words are cheap,
they come an alphabet a second to keep.
However I'm not in the Atlantic,
and no shark has me frantic.
But your loveliness inside and out,
has me versing about.
I think I can live up to my word,
even though my verse can't be heard.
Like a little boy with his toy,
this romantic feeling I truly enjoy.
My verse loves you too,
I mean it true ,
no need to think it through.
