Thinking you can write
fear of rejection fright.
Anger during rejection,
going for perfection,
not feeling the connection,
thinking of dissection.
Always having verse in scope
getting hooked like dope.
Versing while sleeping,
versing while riding,
versing as you walk,
to yourself you begin to talk.
Thinking of getting published,
when your work maybe rubbish.
Getting hooked on a poetic site,
feeling everything you do is right.
Up writing through the night,
even before day first light.
