I read you
you read me
We are poets of a feather
we try to stick together
no matter what the weather
Come rain or come shine
lets toast red wine

Poets love verse
it's just a part of their curse
They love their own
and other poets known
Poets feel each other
try to be like sister and brother
It's all worth the bother

Our verse is us
We are our verse
Nothing could be worse
than to have a broken pen
or to leave Authorsden

Appreciation for all your truths, Grady! I might not get to comment on all, but I do read. You write for entertainment, I read for the same :o) Thanks, friend!

Very funny and cute, almost like a nursery rhyme. But it has points of truth: poets should stay united, and a broken pen or having to leave AuthorsDen would be soul-damaging! Keep up the great writing.

If I don't read all that you write, Gem, I, at least, try to make it a point to. I love how you write; please don't leave the Den! It would be a much sadder place! Lots of poets feeling this; my twin sister for one. Frustrated at the lack of reviews while certain ones here seem to get all the glory! NOT fair!!

(((HUGS))) and much love, your friend in Tx., Karen Lynn. :(

Frustrations well versed; I hears ya.....
