Hook don't even need a worm.

For sure
verse will lure
Sometimes it
will cure
especially if
it's pure

Pure or not
versing can
get hot
or it can
get cold
Poets might
want to fold
Or they
might be sold
but wait for
the scold
before they unfold

I unfolded
then got scolded
but the lure
was there
here and everywhere
Reading verse
writing verse
I have
the curse
and it's
getting worse
