Love is so disappointing
yet so darn annointing
We can be married with 
one sweet love
trying to make it through
all the push and shove
In the door comes love
in the form of another
Even if we be strong
and don't bother
It is moving to the brain
so do we abstain

Many get caught up
in two loving relationships
one or both starts to whip
Later on one love or
both abandoned ship
Love becomes a
far east trip

So there we sit
still don't want to quit
Love comes again in
the form of another
we may even become
a father or a mother
Some will even mess up
and make this love corrupt
causing it to end abrupt
Nature of the beast
love will always feast
during times we
expect the least
