Turkey&Jester

The jester turns on turkey. Starts giving turkey the greedy eye. Part two of the "TheKingsTurkey."

It was Thanksgiving,
the jester was misbehaving.
After leaving the greedy kings castle,
the jester began to give turkey a hassle.
It was cold and the winter winds were blowing,
the jest was hungry and couldn't hardly get going.
He kept eyeing turkey with greed,
knowing that he had a hunger need.
The jesters growling stomach wanted to feed.

Turkey caught the jesters greedy eye,
and started making plans to go bye bye.
While sitting at the campsite fire,
the jest was sharping his knife to desire.
With only one wing left,
turkey was frightened to death.
He could see his head flying,
and himself in the skillet frying.

Knowing he was in danger,
turkey was filled with anger.
He knew that he better not close an eye,
or the jester would have him on fry.
It was strike first or end up food,
something that didn't satisfy turkeys mood.
He waited until the jester fell asleep,
then made his move to stop the hungry creep.

While the jester was sleeping,
turkey loaded the campfire with wood,
then gobbled gobbled as loud as he could.
The jester jumped up in fright,
then turkey positioned himself just right.
Forgetting to look down,
the jester tripped to the ground,
right into the huge campfire.
As the jester burned in flame,
turkey knew he had won the game,
beat the greedy king the same,
with the tripping game.
Greed being the blame.

Turkey wants to know why you humans
won't eat more beef.

Better watch your feet!

A Thanksgiving Story.
