..I'm afraid you're quite wrong Tyler... Krshna is not the proper spelling.
I must say that when people speak of the Hindu religion they often refer to it as a Mythology...I am sorry Tyler but Debs is quite right.

Krshna is the proper spelling, Krishna is an Americanization for phonetics purposes. Interesting that you call it a "mythology" I must say. Is that as in the Christian Mythology, the Buddhist mythology, and Ba'hai mythology, and the Moslem mythology?
So far as I recall, Bhrama is an acceptible form of Brahma, but I could be wrong at that. Whatever the case, I've actually been to more temples than most, from Oceanside to Berekley, (You wouldn't believe how lavish that temple is!)West Palm to Tampa, to the various NYC temples. This one was written at the most popular, and if memory serves, the second ever temple in the U.S. Lennon and the rest of the Beatles chanted here.
Actually, by the traditional teachings, Brahma is the god of Creation, Vishnu is the God of Life, Shiva, Death. When the universe began, Brahma opened his eyes, smiled, and birthed Vishnu who danced through all existance until he becomes Shiva who takes all things back to the womb, and becomes Brahma. You are right about the Avatar part though.
