A year ago, today, I swore that no matter what, I would see you again. But that years been lost, as I was wrong. So maybe this year I have a new resolution. Maybe this time around I swore that no matter what, I would never, ever, be a victim again. And maybe this year, Im not just lying to myself to make the cold hard truth easier to live with.

Hard to do.. not to be a victim is to close out hearts... or to know when to close them... I have yet to figure it out.. wonderful write...

This is very odd, as that was one of my twenty resolutions. To not be a victim anymore. I love this, a simple, dark, and true life happening.
