oh my god,what for did i read this poem.to break my heart...oh Nancy,I am sorry.Now I remember Rose,who was raped and thrown to street.I was there,hearing her story and crying...but the tears don't bring back her charity.

This poem touched a nerve. I have written a similiar poem, "Emmancipation of Emma M (on author's den). A very good friend of mine endured such trauma. It is a stain that our soul can never forget.

I have been asulted, but not sexually, so I can only imagine the horror of such a act. Sick animal is certainly the best description, in my opinion certainly worthy of the most severe punishment society can render.
