Sprinkled sugar in the skies Sweet temptations on the high Quite the buzz from just one lick Such a menu....what to pick
Rolled and sweet, as milky way Constellations point the way Shooting stars of bursting flavor On the tongue to slowly savor

Wild imagination that's right down my alley. Love this.
Reminds of those pixie stix straws with like the kool-aid powder inside! Faery dust I pour into the palm of my hand and lick the cosmic Big Bang! You created something new and unique here, Pax!

Perfect rhyme and rhythm, Anita. Hold onto that gift for it seems to be fading in the current literary universe. One day, your work will be a rare jewel in the vast sky of poetry. I'm a big fan of Emerson so I love the quote.
I envision a group of pixie elves flying around a perfect night sky singing this song as the sparkle of their fairy dust floats to the earth to match the brilliance of the stars. When a poem stirs that kind of wonderful image in this old brain of mine you know you have done a great piece. Thank you.
