Silent Witness
O’er the mountains Turns the light of passion bright Weaves the lover’s dreams unspoken Tears defy the endless night
Distance is the walled division Tethered to a well worn road Love is shared by heart of vision Tears as dried by breezes blown
Above the Northern bright star shines Lends its glow to valley frost Time keeps track of lover’s heartaches Veiled in night are sometimes lost
Moments weigh as deep as years Burdened is the lonely soul Two as one divided wait For the touch, caressed as whole
Now the time moves to the dawn What awaits a new days light Will arms entwine in magic moment Or love be lost eternal night

Just a note to say this has been one of my favorite collaborations and one I will treasure. Anita and I have become great friends and as she said this is just a work of fiction I look forward to doing other collaborations with her in future. She is one fine lady.

A most remarkable pairing... felt like the two of your were reined together in tandem, pulling a delightful springy gig of love behind you, trotting with all the poetic daintiness which would befit an 18th century costume drama... Sorry, no telling how my mind works sometimes!! :)) Or, put another way, could tell somehow that this was Fee's type of galleon but DEFINTELY with the sulty Lady A at the front as finely-crafted figurehead!! This poem is a delicate fabric with a pattern that teases one's discernment capacity to the hilt. Love separated by a veil, distance, a wall,what will the dawn bring that may or may not entwine the arms of love at last? Who or what is the silent witness that bears the answers?

Love is universal and not limited to the most perfect among us. In this collection of romantic short stories and poetry, love comes to those who are decidedly imperfect, who possess very real human flaws, scars, and challenges. Awaiting us as we are.
I wrote this novel several years ago, I self published and never had it to sell. I have decided to rewrite it and hope to get it published within a few months for people to be able to buy. I had a few copies and gave them to a few family members and
