I have faith in your ability
To give each job your all
Even in times of fragility
You are there, standing tall
In this world, you are a fortress
Never waning; never weak
Basking in a realm of success
Many others only seek.

When a task comes to the table
You emerge to take the lead
Always keen, willing, and able
To approach the given need
With the best you can put forward
Though, the challenge may be large
Since you find your greatest reward
Comes from firmly taking charge.

I have faith in your ability
I will never have a doubt
Your trust and reliability
Are strong traits I hold devout
In this world, you are a boulder
A pillar of wisdom and might
And I know each chore you shoulder
Will be a task done well and right.
