Whew.... have I been busy lately?!!! No wonder I'm tired. Happy April Fools Day, everyone.

Poem Artwork

 

My friends, I’ve hit the lottery
I’m publishing a book or three
I’m planning to sail the high seas
Then, fly around the globe
 
Last week, I caught ten foot shark
I painted my whole house by dark
Then, ran eight miles around the park
In nothing but my robe
 
I went nose to nose with a squirrel
I found an oyster with a pearl
Then, ate five pints of chocolate swirl
With nothing but my tongue
 
I rode the waves on a surfboard
Then, glided on a bungee cord
I traded my Jeep for a Ford
My fuzzy dice are hung
 
By now, you know I’m full of crap
I fed the cat and took a nap
The dog landed square in my lap
And scattered all my tools
 
I treated my sheets to some starch
Then, dreamed I’d scaled the Gateway Arch
After all, we’re now done with March
Here’s to you..... April Fools!
