I cannot wait to be your wife
And share each bright tomorrow
As lovers and best friends for life
Through happiness and sorrow
You are my knight, my rock, my shield
My shelter from the storm
I’m sure the coming years will yield
Memories, heartfelt and warm.
 
I cannot wait to be your bride
And live a dream come true
You fill my heart and soul with pride
Simply because you’re you
I never thought that I would know
A feeling such as this
The love we share can only grow
Stronger with every kiss.
 
I cannot wait to see your face
As your hand lifts my veil
From that day, led by the Lord’s grace
We’ll travel, without fail
We’ll walk the sand and reach the stars
Our love, endless and free
Soon, this sweet chance will become ours
My dear husband-to-be.
