An angel has flown homeward
Above the sand and sea
Far from the bitter shadows
Of loss and agony
No longer does she suffer
No more is time a thief
She walks beside Our Father
In peace, beyond belief.
An angel has flown homeward
Toward gleaming skies of blue
Her heart is filled with courage
More than she ever knew
Her battle is now finished
And though, her loved ones’ mourn
There lies a sense of comfort
With God, she is reborn.
An angel has flown homeward
Earth’s loss is Heaven’s gain
The memories are precious
Brilliance, amid the pain
Her legacy continues
In the lives she has blessed
Her love always remaining
In those who knew her best.

(((HUGS))), much love, and continued prayers~
As always, your friend in Burleson, Karen Lynn. :)
In the midst of your pain, your losses, you care enough to reach out a loving, compassionate tribute to one of our own, who's hurting. Absolutely beautiful. I'm sure he will have no trouble accepting your condolences. He is loved, and it shows through his friends, here. Well done.
(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.
