A beautiful commencement of another year on earth
A time for celebration, to rejoice your life and worth
A chance to see the future for the hope that lies in store
To behold the awe-filled wonder that exists outside your door
The glory of the sunrise as a brand new day begins
The laughter and the humor when surrounded by your friends
The sense of true fulfillment that comes from something achieved
And the warmth resting within you for knowing someone believed
This day is one for memories, one for wisdom, one for dreams
As you cast your prayers across the sky to mingle with moonbeams
Where they shall rest until the day, each wish finds cause to grow
More dazzling and much bolder than the greatest gift you’ll know
Today offers a special chance for blessings beyond measure
The option to embrace the moments in this life you treasure
The misty mountains capped in snow or the sands beside the sea
In time, your soul shall seize them all in perfect harmony
May your birthday be majestic, rich in splendor, dawn to night
May tomorrow hold the brilliance of Heaven’s grandest starlight
May your hours remain as peaceful as a soft and winding river
May your ambitions be many and may they always deliver
May you never face a hardship as you stride the paths ahead
May you always want for nothing and be free to love, instead
May your every bright beginning bring your dreams near to your heart
So, your year shall be as sacred as your birthday’s wondrous start
