When we say that things
Are slightly alike or
Slightly different,
This is what is called
'Making little of difference.'
When we say that things
Are completely alike
Or completely different,
This is what is called
'Making much of difference.'
We use to know that men
Have what they can do
And what they cannot do.
Hence we use to say,
'He who selects does not reach all.'
By learning something, we cannot
Get all, and only Heaven's Course
Can afford to neglect nothing --
That is the difference between
The heavenly and the human ways.
So, sometimes I think to myself,
If the difference is so great,
What the heck is the difference?
