To bring oneself back to the regular course
One has to start from inside, at the level of guts,
And then proceed outwards along the spine,
The strongest part of the bodily structure.
Following order and acting from near to afar,
We have a chance to rectify our spots between
The past and the future; to return to the course
We have to bring about peace of mind first.
Yielding at the level of the stubborn guts,
We simply rectify then our hardened backs;
This is an evidence of contradiction between
The inner preparation and worldly performances.
As soon as good order starts to be a norm of life,
Stability of situation launches a mechanism
Of good intents, putting in practice one's own mode
Without any additional effort and impact.
From olden times such an internal instrument
Has been referred to as 'transformation of mind,'
Meaning the absence of turbulences and discrepancy
Between the inner setting up and outer activities.
