Zen is the wonderland
Of all wise and brave
To be reborn where
One first has to End.

From A to O
Aging is the progress
Of realization for those
Who know how to regard
One's body and soul as One.

Reminiscent of the Islamic adage: "Die before you die." There is enlightenment in paradox; I think that's what Zen is all about. The simplicity of this poem lends to its depth, very zen-like !
