You opened my heart again, you brought me life,

I believed there was nothing, after so much strife.

You gave me a friend, to know and to love,

an Angel, a blessing from above.

Now I sit here, wondering why, when I had lost you

you sent him here, to open my eyes.

I was sure that you had left and now I know;

that I had left you, could not look to the sky.

I know once again the pure blue of the ether;

This feeling in me, is like a sword

Burning in my chest, but with the sweetness of a chord;

of angels singing, or the wind lightly blowing;

Across my face.

You have  guided me all of these years.

I must have faith in you, not lose you again

So long ago there could be no more tears,

but I am new again, after all these years.

What now God?
