The Troll
The Troll is a despicable creature
Born out of malice and spite,
It cannot bear your successes
So it comes out of hiding to bite.
The claws of the Troll are real nasty
Long and sharp as can be,
That will rip and tear you in pieces
To destroy your creativity.
Its’ teeth, like needles, are poisoned
Piercing soft flesh to the bone,
But your heart is what it goes after
And your soul, where such beauty resides.
Its victims are writers and poets,
Invariably sensitive souls,
It will devour your talent, if you let it
For it has none to claim as its own.
The Troll is a pitiable creature
A failure in its own eyes,
From its mouth only poison is spewing,
Hell bent to destroy by its lies.
Pray for this poor, miserable creature,
Heap burning coals on its head,
Pray that the Lord will redeem it,
Softening its heart with His Love.

Best regards,

This is an enjoyable poem, as a poem. As for the message, the Author defends her points
but she is also following the tracks of those she claims are the "Undesirable" ones.
"The Troll" made me think, and I am very glad that I read it because I have learned a lesson from it.
I thank the Author of "The Troll" for posting this poem.
