The sea and us - and them, the words
They rise, like specks of foam -
following no course but that
of oneness with wave and wind.
Yes, them, the unspoken words -
Of a far more primordial inception
than that of nacre, ages and ages
of layers before it becomes pearl;
Them, the unspoken words –
Like specks of foam that rise when I
still feel your hands, layers and layers
of ages after their touch upon my skin;
Following no course but that of oneness -
like the memory of tides; unspoken, yet
inherent to us… and the sea.

One day many many Twinflamers will become the Oneness inherent to them..

I'm glad that I inspired you as you inspire me every day.
This poem is a beautiful expression of love as we dreamed it should be and as we've created it for us to actually live. I'm so grateful for you and for us.
This is an amazing combination that really blows me away:
"ages and ages of layers before it becomes pearl"
followed by "layers and layers
of ages after their touch upon my skin"
LOVE THE WAY YOU WRITE!
Adoro te meu Poeta,
Joseph
I... still feel your hands, layers and layers
of ages after their touch upon my skin
... wonderful sensation conveyed of what the waves are all about. Fabulous, thank you. K xx

The poem is a bittersweet one, between love and longing.

Shades of Pablo Neruda: beautifully imaged in verse, the passion that unites two as one. Well done.
