A poem
of love
writes itself
with the precision
of invisible ink;
breaking
like a sweat
or a dialect
tired of being
secret
and sizzling
to cobalt legibility
as it converges
with silence
ablaze and convex;
rather like
nudity
shamelessly offered.
No format
or rules;
no more punctuation
than that of breath
being
briefly lost;
Love
imprints you;
a poem
precise
on sense
on skin
and reads
indelible;
like a tattoo.
