America Bless God
We see it on the billboards and neon signs along the road
We hear it on the radio and TV everyday
God Bless America we hear the people say
Shouldn't America be blessing God today?
America Bless God should be our new slogan
America Bless God should be what we say
We shouldn't forget our true source of power
We need to thank God and to pray
God's been so good to this country
Given us freedom to enjoy each day
So instead of asking for more blessings
Let's send some up His way
The Bible says God inhabits our praises
His word tells us to watch and pray
While we're watching we should be thankful
America join with me and bless God today
