Pain,It seems we face this old enemy way to often! It is a horrible adversary and doesn't give much peace one it grabs hold! But we can beat it with faith! We can choose through faith not to let it steal our joy, happiness and peace........

It plays the game so well
We Sometimes suffer needlessly
taking on more than we can bare Often placing the blame on someone else over there Pain clouds our thoughts be it of body, spirit or soul The story is always the same variations here and there but still the story proves the same, its still ages old

It plays the game so well stealing from your soul all your joy and happiness Destroying all within leaving no room for smiles Frowns and tears leave their marks on a down cast face
It seems so easy to forget There is someone waiting there to give us healing and blessed rest But pain is a joker stealing joy if allowed So lift up your head Christ is all around you
Christs' pain freed us from the slavery of sin. If we offer our pain up to God so that it may benefit some unknown soul or someone you know it will have a beneficial effect on both you and the receiver. You are a brave and courageous person willing to share your love for us all. Thank you.
I have so much admiration for you in this, Tina, and have been so sorry to learn of the unremitting nature of your situation. In such instances, I do pray that you feel the warmth of healing flooding through like a mystical analgesia, bathing your heart, mind, soul and body in the peace that passes all understanding. I know from first hand experience that this is possible. But, even when the pain is indeed felt, I pray to that you might be given grace to endure, knowing that there will be an end to it at some time. It's debillitating effects cause us to have to slow and be still, and, at such times, we can therefore become either more acutely aware of these effects or be rested. I pray that you will find rest even in the most acutely painful phases and that your security of faith will carry and sustain you when you feel at your weakest point.
