I was told you like the whips

handcuffs and blindfold too,

I am just old fashioned

let me simply romance you

I was told you liked to be spanked

ok that I didn't know,

they said it turns you on

it helps your evening to  "flow"

I was told you liked leather

and frilly things like lace,

I might be simply like a duck

feeling out of my place

I like to be Romantic

to me that is Love that is true

I like to take things easy

to get to know the real you

I know I sound weird to you

love poetry day and night,

dancing with you under the stars

holding you against a wall so tight

You're a Beauty with passion

a tempest with long dark hair

o to be taken by you

held tight without a care

Like ships in the night we are

passing by each other I can see

still I like you as my friend

when you whisper to me your poetry

A view through your eyes of
the vixen and the romantic...
how differently others spin in this world...
You wish to deliver tenderness, the other wishes
to feel pain... the psychologists dilemma of which
speaks of love...

But well done in each view...

Love and Light

As always, very romantic and pleasing to read. There seems to be a little bit of unrequited poetry here in the last stanza.

Beautiful and passionate. Sweet romance I believe is the way God intended physical love to be.

The Heart's Way by Rebecca McKeehan

Love is universal and not limited to the most perfect among us. In this collection of romantic short stories and poetry, love comes to those who are decidedly imperfect, who possess very real human flaws, scars, and challenges. Awaiting us as we are.
