Mating Song
By Handsum-Hart

As we banged out
Our Me-Jungle-Man You-Jungle-Woman
Mating song
On each other’s heart
Like they were bongo drums

The Creator of the original jungle
Sit atop his divine tree-house
With his ears standing at attention
And joyfully listened in full silence
To the love-beat
Of our hearts in beating sync

Then resurrected the Jungle of Eden
As a wedding day gift
For our drum-beaten hearts
As the angels looked on and pelted us
With heavenly grains
Of matrimonial rice
As the vines of jungle love
Entwined us forever in blissful kiss
