Is there anyone who has never been 'blind'? I don't think so...?

Oh, eyes...dear eyes...why have you forsaken me? you have done nothing but lie to me ...in fact, you are the lie Many days, evenings and nights you have looked at me with total compassion ...saying, I love you And will do so...not just today and tomorrow but forever...you have hurt me ...so bad that I no longer Want my eyes...nor do I want anyone else to possess them...oh, how I wish that I was blind...or should I be angry with myself ...because I am blind? copyright; Asa D Seeley/2009

We all have the choice to be blind or not. Many of us make the wrong choice but always we have the choice to correct our mistake - We have only to see it.
I do so love the tone of this marvellous literary portrait ...and ending with the question of self doubt - Inspirational!

Yes, our blindness comes, many times, from what we don't want to see, what we refuse to look at. It can be difficult to allow ourselves to SEE the truth.
