Change is almost compulsory. Knowledge outmarches utilization and we see no change in our daily life, but so many perturbations are apparent in the whole picture. That's if we try to look. Reality changes by the second. The news changes by the minute and we can't always absorb it. Most people don't grasp that. They ignore it.
If we want to we can smell the roses, or whatever stinky thing we've created that we wish to appreciate. But life is movement and we must not tarry too long. There are moments we can gather the fruit too. The same old thing makes Johnny a dull boy though.

Interesting. Like a hoarder, we are gathering new information and concepts more rapidly than we can adjust to them and incorporate them in our psyche. So true. I believe that's why so many are falling back on what they think were simpler, if not always better, times.
