We all have times of despair.

When things are looking bad When things just get you down Just take a look around You just might lose that frown See that boy over there Kicking that can around He wishes he had hair And that a cure be found That lady who you see So many times a day Doesn't remember you Her mem'ries gone away The man just down the street Is losing now his home His wife left with the kids He faces life alone So when you're losing hope Remember what I said There are those much worse off Help those folks out instead Jane Noponen Perinacci

jane, this is a superb poem about looking around you, seeing those that are so much worse off than you are and then praying for them or if they are nearby, helping them out. If I were not already a fan of yours, I would become one when reading your excellent use of a silver quill and your mind that covers so many topics so well.
