The spell seemed to last

As did the night we romanced.

She knew how to please,

Nothing left to chance.

 

I was tired in the morning,

Having gotten little sleep.

She was as aluring in day time,

As she was at night.

 

We pleased each other,

As if it was the first time.

I never tired of her loving,

Not did she of mine.
