Why so hard lord
i prayed
viruses
hurricanes
toronados
fires an floods too

And then
i remembered

Suffering helps us
let go and grow
keepin our focus
on creatin new

Offering an
outstretched hand
for our sisters
and brothers
who are suffering too
the whole world
becomes one heartbeat
of pure flowing love
for each other

And together
we will
see it through

Yes together
we will
see it through
