That is certainly a frightening gif. Fortunately, skin, our largest organ, is still quite flexible with age and holds everything in, even though our bones get brittle, break and have all kinds of infirmities like arthritis making it feel like our hands are breaking off any time. Especially if we use our hands a lot for typing or other tasks.

As for your poem. Good advice.
