A Kiss,Yet to be Given . . . . An Embrace, Yet to be Found
Restless, My heart roams In the sanctuary of my soul, Telling me that beyond my earthly grasp He waits to embrace me.
He looks for me Behind both the veil and open door. In the spring. In the summer. Yearning to find my lips Under the raining canopies of the fall. And in the winter He aches to lie with me, Inhaling . . . exhaling the dream, A tempest sounding in our souls. We seek to chase this storm.
I try to draw my passions Back down to my feet to bind them with ropes of reason, To run And hold my heart in place, But restless, My heart speaks of love That cannot be defined by silhouettes of two, Only one that knows not where Each begin, And has no will to end. The obsession of one whose impression, Was left Upon My Heart, And sealed With the kiss Of our Eternity.

I loved him. At age twelve he touched my heart with his music. At age twenty he captured my heart when our eyes met as he sat on a stage and sang Four months later, he fractured my heart with his refusal to allow us to stay together. At age seventy

There is a 'Revolution of Poets' in the air, Jeanne, we are all feeling it. Watch out world, here come the minds of choice, and chaos!
