Dedicated to all those lost loves of youth.
My heart begins to beat the moment that we meet. Our eyes lock across the crowded room. There's no one there but us. Our bodies electrify. Our hearts begin to beat as one, Sweet love of youth. We draw closer; my arms reach out to embrace you. My body tingles with love's anticipation. My lips cry out your name, Sweet love of youth. We lock in love's embrace. Kisses have never been so sublime. We promise eternal love, you and I! Suddenly I feel your kisses no more! Suddenly you're not there, Sweet lost love of youth! My heart stops! My lips are trembling from pain and despair; my arms have dropped. My eyes are wide open; T'is but a dream only, Sweet lost love of mine!
