I was made to fit the mold
to retain the shape of old
moviescripts fell from lips
rehearsals unrehearsed rehearsals
justify the heart's reversals
pauses were a sign
that only for some stars align
Yeah sure feels that way sometimes...like "some guys have all the luck"...the rest of us get the pits in the bottom of the bowl. Well, maybe yes...maybe no...maybe it all depends on one's perspective. Loved the flow of this piece...your rhyme works very well. Good stuff!
