Immortality
The sky boasts an intense blue Barely a puffy white cloud sets sail The hot March wind ushers in wintery cold As it sweeps her soul away Eternity is hers For her incomparable beauty For her generous spirit For her kind heart For her passions For her joys and sorrows For her earthy qualities as well We stay behind for a little while longer Able to remember her For all of the above and for the work she did With such fire and feeling! We will remember her... For generations and for ever As long as technology and books allow. With love, RD March 23, 2011
