I found out today that a close friend of my families son died today, so I ask all to say a prayer for our dear friend Terri and her family
I DON”T UNDERSTAND, PLEASE ANSWER MY QUESTION I feel like a child at the age of 60, asking my mother who is 90 Why does a child of 36 have to die? My mother of 90 who has lived a full life and whom is in pain Couldn’t go first, but my son of 36 did? Since my mother of 90 and I a mother at 60, can only ask the father In heaven the question I need to be answered. Why my child, who was only 36 had to go home to you, and leave me. Is there an answer, I know I will be with him once again. The pain is ripping my heart apart, knowing that it’s a crime somewhere That says a mother should never ever have to bury her child. A child should always bury there mother. I feel like a child at 60, with no answers that can help the pain go away. God, please take care of my son, and tell him that I did the best I could. I love you my son, I hope you’re not in pain, and I will be waiting to see You once again, so meet me at the gate and let me in. Love your mother Terri, I love you my friend, you have become a second mother to me, and I wish I could answer your question. I hope you know that God loves you and so do we. Amy/Mary

Amy, listen to your friend and let her talk and get out her feelings...no one can answer why one is taken and another is left behind. This answer will come from only one person and that's our Heavenly Father. Offer up prayers with her and ask that God grant her peace and comfort in her dark hour.

One can only imagine the loss one feels when the loss of a younger child falls upon the mind, it is a question that many have asked and the answer lies within the Heavens alongside the Light that we so cherish, I pray along with you and for your friend and the family who is feeling this loss...

God does love us and the cycle of life is difficult to understand. Death is hard to understand when it is our loved ones regardless of the situation. But you know the bible tells us to lean not to our own understanding, that His ways are not our ways. He also tells us that He will not put no more on us than we can bear. We must seek comfort in the arms of Jesus and press on for now we have more to go to heaven for than we did yesterday. I too have loved ones waiting for me. A six month old nephew that was very hard to understand his passing. But time also has a way of healing wounds. I will pray for you and your friend and your hearts to be comforted.
