Sometimes we are lucky to have special friends in our lives. This poem is dedicated to a precious few I have known for many years!
Good friends are forever and in our hearts to stay. They help us with our problems that happen day after day. Friends are forever and that is for sure. A special friendship is one that will endure. Their trust will never waiver, even across the miles. You'll never forget their faithfulness or cheerful warm smile. As years go by, they are always there to lighten a heavy load and help us through the hills and valleys of life's rocky road. A true friendship is one that has endured. I know you'll always be my friend forever, and that's for SURE! �

I LOVE THIS WORK, MARY GRACE...TRUE 'FRIENDSHIP' IS SO VERY IMPORTANT IN OUR LIVES. Psychologists claim that we only can have a few friends in life. From my experience I believe that is true. Although I seem content being alone most of the time without close friends around, recent changes in my physical needs have made one friend extremely important.

Your poem covers every aspect of what true friendship is. May we all have many.
