My heart can not endure another
chapter, too many years have
vanished; I’m still in love with
you, you would have been my daily
sunshine, at night, my shinning star,
I have felt numb too long, missing,
wanting you, to hold me close,
whisper in my ear, making me go
crazy bursting into laughter, echoing
throughout our home, you looking at
me with loving eyes to die for;
reassuring me, I’m the only one you
want. Yes, I could have fallen into your
arms into a lustful affair; I wanted more,
to make love to you as your wife, to have
and to hold me until the break of dawn;
long as our health allow us. I ached to
smell the scent of your skin and run my
fingers through your hair as our bodies
embraced in moments of pure ecstasy.
to walk with a flair, take breaths
of fresh air, side by side, hand in
hand.
