Stepping forward, gently pushing
Then suddenly, racing, soaring, rushing
Not scared anymore
When new energies unfold
As I find my new roar
And life begins to unfold
The stepping stones of love
Come in many a guise
From the small or the tall
To the lowly or wise
Any suddenly you quietly smile,
smiles so persistent
they break through like sun
and a face once rigid
now radiates fun.
The dance of freedom
Is well worth the wait
Freedom from physical
Worries and weight
I am light with love
And free as a bird
As I soar through my life
Suddenly heard.
