So many think healing can only be achieved by reliving past experiences but isn't it what a person does in the "here and now" that really heals? The loving and compassionate, verbal and physical actions a person takes in the "now" can heal a broken spirit. Self-esteem and confidence can be renewed and mended by actions in the "now".
