This poem is simply an inspirational message to those who have been troubled.
I was walking through the woods on an autumn day
The sun shone brightly through the trees
And birds were singing away,
I was thinking of many things
When I noticed something quite odd
From out of nowhere came an elderly man
And I realized that it was God,
He asked; "Why do you worry, why's your heart heavy, Why do you suffer alone"?
I told him that I don't want to worry my family
So I try to figure things out on my own,
God simply smiled and said; "Silly child, if you need help you can always ask me",
As he walked away into the woods
I felt a great sense of peace,
I called out; I'm not a church going man"!
So I talk to him here in the trees
He said; "Son believe me, though you may not see me, you hear my voice in the rustling leaves".
These song lyrics and art are tales, tides and twinkling lights - tunes telling stories of warmth and sun, city and sand, paths that lead, and the coins we can keep in the Karma Bank. Spirit's been bypassed for sorrow, dreaming of a better tomorrow .
