viable options

there are really
only
two options is life
one – to wallow
and
two – to get over and on with it
that’s it
you may fret and fuss and cry and moan
option one
or you may play and laugh and frolick
that would be option two
some
days
may feel entirely too gloomy
too black/closed in
too completely far away from option two
to believe two is a viable option
herein lies the trick
you
must
believe completely irrevocably that you
are
worthy
of playing
of laughter
of frolicking
once this is solidly ingrained in your outlook
option two then can become a
given
not to say bleakness will stay at bay always
just to say
that
you Do
have
options

go friggin play
