did you hear a word I said bottom line the only thing that matters is that you realize your worth your value there is not a man alive that can give that to you it wouldn’t mean anything if they did it has to come from you from inside from your gut you have got to wake up every single solitary day and say shit I’m good damn I Like Myself and f* the rest here is your mantra I do not Need a Man I do not Need a Man I am a wonderful worthy person I am sharp and alert and able to enjoy my life there is strength in my power to control my destiny I do not Need a man now the trick is and this is very important so LISTEN whenever that itch comes the gotta drive by see what he’s doing that ringing phone hypnotic urge that sitting on the porch smoking thinking my life is bullshit because nobody loves me bullshit when Any of that shit comes down it is excruciatingly important that you do this heads up pay attention no wander thoughts right here Look here focus this is it say FUCK THAT and the two bit whore that fing idea came in on remember just like ferris bueller said sometimes you just gotta say what the f there is light at the end of the tunnel there is the ability to learn to appreciate who you are the joy that you are f* anyone who messes with you some friend that says hey lets light it up lets go party is not and I repeat Not a friend get them the Hell out of your life you need to buckle down and focus on You what you need to make You better F* the rest its all bullshit are you hearing anything I’m saying here do you know Why I’m saying it because dudette I know you I know you like I know me I know because I already sat on the f*ing porch because I already jumped through the hoops and you know what else it’s worth it it do get better there is hope there is a better life so you got my number and I’m sitting here waiting to hear progress only progress no more bullshit calls no more girl you got the blood in you to do this the backbone the guts it’s all there right there reach in grab the shit out of it use it say FUCK THAT and mean it

Josie, this is one of the best inspirational poems I have ever read. I hope your friend listens and listens good because what you are saying is very important. Men need to stop fucking with our heads all the time. And we need to stop allowing them to do so.
