Sadly, greed seems to show through in so many. I've found that without self love, self realism, self respect...it is always too easy to belittle someone else in order to increase one's own status. Wonderful poem and message, Lena.

Outstanding write, Lena!!!

No surprise [LOL], my family is largely the same as your own, and i agree with you wholeheartedly.

The Word says that with the same tongue, we bless God..then curse man, who is made in His Image!

I find the best way to curtail those comments [aside from loving The LORD so much, you are always vigilant to begin with!] is to take heed of Proverbs 18:21....."Death and life are in the power of the tongue; and they who love it, shall eat the fruit of it."

Many people word-curse themselves right out of any blessings ...and what I despise most, are parents who word-curse their children!!! But they have a Father in heaven, Who is watching!

The LORD bless you 1000-fold for penning this, dear Lena!

I believe we can't love each other sometimes because we can't really love ourselves. I guess that goes back to the original sin.

Why can't we all live in peace? Many reasons really, but the main one is that we are all born with an original wound that does not heal easily. So we inherit pride amongst other things. And pride goeth before a fall, says the old proverb. It is only in Christ that we can find love. Victor

Lena, this is so powerful yet simple the world charaterises nationality, peoples, beleifs, but we all were created by the One Creator, in his image...... I love this message...... and the script for it too...

Very powerful write, but I must say Amen sister...I just spoke similar words today to a friend who was searching for a church for her and her terminally ill husband who are both wanting to get saved. She asked me if I thought that churches would accept them because they are of mixed races, I told her that if they were true christians they would because after all we were made in the image of our Lord, we are but all humble servents for him no matter the color of our skin or where we were born. She is supposed to go tonight with her husband, my prayers are with them...again, wonderful write only if people could just accept and love people for what is on the inside that's where God looks at us. Great reminder.
