Climb all the way:

Don’t we all find ourselves wondering if we have the ability to serve God, to love one another? Don’t we many times get to feeling that there are too many unanswered questions? Are we ever tempted to give up on our most precious dreams? I believe we all face days like that. I also believe that our Heavenly father knows about our doubts as well as our faith. He applauds our faith and forgives us our doubts if we but lay them upon his shoulders.

Poem Artwork

I climbed the mountain halfway to the top.

There I almost decided to stop.

For the journey from this point onward would wear me out.

To say the least I had many things to doubt.

The voice of God kept urging me on.

Once you’ve started, he said don’t quit till your done.

Now that you are halfway to the summit of the mountain

You are so much closer to the holy fountain

Wherein there lies the living water for the spirit.

The wind you hear is Angels singing, you’ve but to open your heart to hear it.

Keep climbing all the way to the mountain peak.

You will find there the answers that you now seek

From the top of the highest snow cap you will reach Heavens door.

Is that not what you came this far for?

Climb, my friend and let not doubt dissuade.

I will not allow your wonderful dreams to fade.

wonderful inspiration my friend and full of wisdom and great advice. I have found that when the climb gets tough, keep on keeping on, keep climbing, for when we are ready to give up the answer is just ahead, the enemy tries to defeat us and steal our joy...never give up the fight. Very well written my friend!
