I walk through the woods watching clouds float above the trees.
My skin relishes the feel of the morning breeze.
Walking beside me are my true loves and friends.
I am consoled by the knowledge that their love knows no ends.
I walk with my wife and we speak of life’s joy.
We have two younger daughters and one older boy.
The only thing wrong with what I say is that they are children no more.
They have grown up and walked out to see what life has in store.
As I speak to my wife my Lord guides my conversation.
He brings me good news and great revelation.
Love abides where’re my footsteps may lead me to wander.
It is his love that gave to me her love and that is something to ponder.
Love walks with me and I breathe it into my soul and my heart.
All the love I have known was a gift which God did impart.
Know that life is a gift even when heartbreaks come your way
And you will never find it as anything less even when skies turn grey.
Blessings,
Joyce B.
Good one Lew but that is a learned experience. Youth have to walk the walk not just talk the talk. Marguerite
