A morning walk taken in September brings a cool autumn breeze
The sun is rising later in the eastern sky and leaves blowing slowly from the trees
September marks the beginning of the second equinox of the year
It marks the end of summertime weather and announces winter will soon be here
September is a time of equal day and night, the equinox comes in March heralding spring and again in September to proclaim the fall is here
The kids are walking back to school or riding buses in the morning air
The trees are slow shedding their green with various colors everywhere
I watch the trees dancing in the breeze as I relish under a sky of blue
September is a gift from our Heavenly Father prepared for me and you
